Couples room available is Central Putney! (SW15)

Unfortunately the previous couple are finishing their London stint 😢 so looking to welcome in a new pair to the fold.

A little about the flatmates:
- you’ll be living with four other Kiwis, mix of guys and gals
- All working
- All planning on being here for the next year
- Ages 27/28
- Everyone enjoys a pint, the gym and a good chat in the living room area so looking for people who are on that vibe

And a little about the room/house ✨
- 6 min walk from East Putney with the district line
- 5 min walk from Putney station with the South Western
- Huge lovely living space with open plan lounge and dining
- 3 bathrooms/showers
- Front and back garden (unheard of in London) and with a bbq
- 10 min from the river front with the Thames path for great running and walking
- Spare room that has been allocated as a study so has a desk etc for your use
- the room itself gets great sun and looks out over the back yard
- bed etc is all included
- great storage for the two of you plus more available throughout the flat
- £1500 pcm for the room, and £95 each in bills (all incl.)
- Available from Mid August/early September - pretty flexible on that 🙂
