The Flat:

- En suite double room with king bed (£1580 excl bills, bills around £100pp for a couple and £130 for single which includes council tax (band F)) deposit/bond is 5 weeks rent
- Rest of flat fully furnished
- 5th floor apartment with a little balcony
- Includes 1x underground carpark spot that can be all yours (we don't have a car) 🚗
- Move in date around end September

Building/area:

- Apartment, East Putney (1 min walk to East Putney Station District Line, 8 min walk to Putney National Rail)
- Waitrose + Saino's 2 min walk, Co-Op 0 min walk 🛒
- Gyms, Wandsworth Park + the river all a short walk 🌳😍
- Lift to our flat
- Concierge usually there Mon-Fri to recieve your online shopping 😌

The Flatmates:

Tim and Izzy, 32y/o kiwi couple been here coming up 3 years, we like to gym, travel, hang with friends, occasional gig (but we are not an afters/party flat, sorry!)
We are after some friendly and clean/tidy flatmates who are also chillers like us 😊 We are super respectful of people needing their own space but also up for a movie night and impromptu park/pub hangs 😊

We love living here, the location is so convenient and its a lovely warm and cosy flat during winter.
