Sadly I will be leaving this beautiful three bed flat in Putney. The house is currently made up of two females (30 and 31). Two professionals living in London - sociable but also respectful of everyone’s own space! Plus a new rescue cat addition!

The room is reasonably sized with a double bed, closet and shelf. The property comprises a bright and spacious living room with bay windows, bathroom with separate WC and a separate kitchen.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from East Putney station where you can pick up the District Line and less than 10 minutes to Putney train station which will get you to Waterloo in 13 minutes.

There is a Sainsbury's local and Co-op less than 5 minutes away and Putney high street has plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. You are also a short walk away from Wandsworth Common and Wimbledon Common. The area is very nice and quiet, but literally 3 minutes away from the tube station.

Bills are typically £100-£120 a month. This includes council tax, broadband, electric and water. Council tax Band D.

I will be moving out around October 3rd.
