Our housemate is v sadly moving back to Australia so a lovely little room will be coming available in our Putney flat from early November (8th).
The space:
We are the top floor flat of a converted house on a very quiet residential street. The flat is split across two levels with this room on the top floor. The room is cosy but very liveable - there is also a full sized wardrobe outside of the room for storage.
Rent & bills:
Rent is £729/month. Bills are not included but come to around £110 a month (including council tax).
Current flatmates:
You would be living with myself (27) and Daisy (25) - we both work full time with a mix of WFH/office days. We love watching films, getting dinner out, the occasional pub trip & having lots of catch ups with a cup of tea in the lounge.
Ideally looking for a flatmate who is clean, respectful & relaxed, but also up for becoming proper friends!
