Two late-20s girlies looking for a third housemate as our lovely current housemate is moving out at the end of November 🥲 We’ve lived here for a few years and love it, so we’re looking for someone friendly to come and make it their home too!

📍 Location

We’re in a lovely and safe area between East Putney and Wandsworth in SW London, tucked away in a quiet little close. East Putney tube is around an 8-minute walk away, with easy access into central London on the District line. 🚇

👯‍♀️ About us

You’d be living with Alice and Elizabeth, both in our late 20s and both shift workers, so our schedules can vary quite a bit.

We’re both friendly and sociable but also really value having our own space and doing our own thing, so the house has a very relaxed, easy-going atmosphere. We’re always up for a chat when we’re both around and occasionally doing something together, but there’s absolutely no pressure to constantly socialise!

⚽ Elizabeth is a big football fan and loves a pint whenever the opportunity arises.

📚 Alice is a massive reader and has accumulated a slightly ridiculous mini home library over the years — which any new housemate is very welcome to borrow from!

We’re looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room, while still having their own independence. Ideally another woman of a similar age who is clean, considerate and friendly. 💕

🛏️ The room

The available double room is on the top floor of the house, so you essentially have your own floor, giving you a bit of extra privacy and separation from the rest of the house. ✨

The room comes furnished with a double bed/mattress, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.

🌳 The house

We have a small garden as well as a shed for additional storage.

There is also an off-street parking space; however, Elizabeth currently uses this, so unfortunately it isn’t available with the room.

💷 Rent & bills

Rent: £1,000 pcm

Bills are split equally between the three of us:

* 💧 Water – £25 each pcm
* 📶 WiFi – approx. £10.33 each pcm
* 🏡 Council tax – approx. £41.30 each pcm
* 📺 TV licence – £5 each pcm
* ⚡ Gas & electricity – varies depending on usage and is split equally

Fixed bills therefore come to approximately £81.63 per month, plus your share of gas & electricity.

📅 Availability

Our current housemate moves out on 30th November, so the room will be available from the beginning of December.

The property is professionally managed and we’ve had a really positive experience living here — anything we’ve needed to report has always been dealt with quickly.
