Double room with 3 friendly professional flatmates

The Bedroom

We’re three friends looking for someone to join our home. We’re all working professionals, with a mix of fully remote and hybrid working.

The room is a good sized double with space for a double bed, desk and chest of drawers, and it already comes with two double wardrobes. There may also be the option to buy some of the existing furniture from the current flatmate if wanted.

The flat has a kitchen, separate dining room with a snug area, and a bathroom shared between three of the housemates, which you’d be using. We’re really close to East Putney station, so it’s very easy to get around.

We’re friendly and sociable and do like spending time together, whether that’s going to the pub, getting food or watching TV, but we all have our own hobbies, friends and plans too, so there’s no expectation to do everything together.

We’re all quite active and into fitness, and while we do enjoy the occasional night out, a typical Saturday is more likely to involve brunch, shopping or being out and about, followed by a chilled evening at home watching TV.

We’d love to find someone friendly, considerate and easy going who wants a sociable home but also values their own space.

Rent for the room is £850 a month. We currently pay around £937 a month including bills to the lead tenant, although the bills portion can vary, so this isn’t a fixed all inclusive amount. There are also ad hoc bills such as water and TV licence.
