The 3 bed/ 2 bath flat is bright and homely and split across two floors, just 5–7 minutes from East Putney tube station and 12 mins to Putney train station. It’s located just a stone’s throw from Wandsworth Park and the Thames, with lots of great pubs and cute cafes nearby.

The flat is a 10 min walk from Putney high street which has many of the main supermarkets (M&S, Sainsburys, Lidl, Waitrose) and a 15 min walk to Wandsworth.

It has a spacious living room and a large kitchen/diner, with the main bathroom being shared between two.

The smaller room is £950 per month excl bills and the larger room £1075 per month excl bills (bills are around £125 per month).

A bit about me 🙋🏼‍♀️
I’m 28 and Irish! I row several times a week which takes up a lot of my spare time but outside of rowing I love heading to the pub and catching up with friends over a few drinks. (Also a big rugby supporter!). I work in the city three times a week and wfh the other two.

With the previous flatmates, while we all had our own lives/ friends outside of the flat, we would often catch up in the evenings (often over a glass of wine or two!), eat dinner together, go on pub and coffee trips and occasionally cook together and I’m definitely looking to keep those vibes going!

I’m looking for flatmates who are professionals aged in their late twenties/ early thirties are sociable, tidy and easy going who are looking for a relaxed, homely flat and preferably wfh no more than twice a week.

No students or pets (sorry!)
