Large ensuite bedroom in friendly house

Large ensuite bedroom with King sized ottoman bed and built in storage. The room would suit a couple well but individuals are also welcome. The house has 2 other tenants who are professionals and very friendly.

The living room, kitchen, and terrace is shared. Washing machine and dishwasher available to use in the kitchen.

East Putney tube station is about 1 min walk and Putney station 5min walk away.

The house is next to a main road and also next to a pub which has live music on Friday evenings. The pub closes by midnight and we've never had any noise issues.

All bills, council tax, and internet is included.

A bit more info on the current housemates:
We all get along and sometimes hang out together on the weekends or for a movie night. We became friends and stayed in touch with previous flatmates, even after they left. We like to think of the house as a home with friends. We however also value space and own time. We're hoping to find someone that is also clean, tidy and easy to get along with.
Chloe - French girl working in marketing and also a mat Pilates instructor. Enjoys reading and playing video games. WFH at the moment 2-3 times a week.

Marcus - Swedish guy working in 3d modelling and is an avid runner. WFH once a week.
