We are looking for our new flatmate as one of lovely flatmates, Anna is moving out after a few years living with us.

The room is a large spacious double room, with plenty of storage in a 3 bedroom ground floor flat located in Putney Hill. We are about a 10 min walk away from Putney train station and 15 min walk to East Putney station (District line) where all the shops, restaurants and amenities are. Putney Heath's north east corner is only a 4 min walk away. Bus stops are on the main road also about a 5min walk away.

About the room:
The bedroom is at the front of the property and gets plenty of sunshine ☀️
It comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, shelving unit, bedside table, built in wardrobe with plenty of space and armchair.

**Not included**big standing mirror, dressing table and chair, standing lamp.

About communal areas:
It has a small kitchen with all the essentials (new fridge freezer, oven, microwave, small dishwasher and washing machine), very decent size sitting room with super comfy couches and dining table. The bathroom has shower over bath, toilet and sink plus we have a separate small toilet room. Rooms and hallway are carpeted. Kitchen and sitting room are not.

The area is lovely and very quiet. Ideal if you like to sleep in peace away from hight street noises yet close enough to all the advantages it offers. There is a big communal garden that is very well taken care of too.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and makes sharing a flat a non painful experience. Someone who wants to make this flat a home and takes care of it as if it is your own. This includes taking responsibilities like cleaning after yourself, taking bins out, emptying dishwasher and be willing to follow our weekly cleaning rota.

Bills are not included, which also means you’d be expected to be responsible with the electricity, gas, wi-fi and council tax (Band E). These are paid amongst ourselves and approx £100 a month

About us
You will be living with Marta and Amirah.
They are both hard working young professionals between the age of 28 and 35 that work out of the house.

Amirah works in the beauty industry and loves her coffe dates and books, she’s always up for a chat after work and has lived in the flat for a few years.

Marta works as in website design, she likes to travel being active and joined the flat a few months ago.

We both work from home 2/3 days a week so would like someone who also has a fair balance and not working full time at home. There is space for a desk in the room.

The girls are very chilled, not big party people and we are both appreciative of our down time and privacy. Although that doesn't mean we're not up for a chat and someone who will not always be in their room.
