Spacious Double in Sociable House

Hello! We're looking for a new housemate to join our home in Putney from 10th November.

We're a social household who enjoy spending time together, whether a trip to the pub, a house dinner or a movie night. We're a group of friends as much as housemates. At the same time, everyone has their own lives, friends and routines. We're looking for someone who's keen to be part of the house rather than simply rent a room.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The Housemates: You'll be living with a mix of Aussie and English housemates, all working professionals. A variety of corporate, healthcare, and construction.

🛏️ The Room: A large double with plenty of space and a double bed. The room is furnished with the bed, wardrobes and a TV. There is space to add a desk if you wanted. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

📍 Location: 5 min walk to East Putney Station (District), 10 min walk to Putney Station (National rail). Close to Putney High Street and Wandsworth Town, lots of shops, cafes and pubs. Also close to the Thames Path with walking and cycling routes.

🏡The House: Spread across three floors, with this bedroom on the ground floor. Shared living space and a large patio garden with a BBQ and a firepit. Separate laundry room with lots of storage. Kitchen with two large fridges.

We're looking for a guy to keep a good gender balance in the house. If you're interested we'd love to hear from you!
