I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in a friendly flat in Putney, available from 29th November.

The room comes furnished and benefits from plenty of natural light, making it a comfortable space to relax and unwind.

The Flat

The flat has three bedrooms, one separate WC, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a generous shared living room with plenty of space to chill.

You’ll be sharing with two lovely girls who are busy professionals and enjoy climbing, travelling, dancing and going to the gym. There’s also a dog in the flat!

We’re looking for a friendly person to join the flat who would enjoy a relaxed, sociable home.

The Location

The flat is in a great spot in Putney, with everything you need nearby:

- 8-minute walk to East Putney tube station
- 15-minute walk to Putney train station
- Close to shops, cafés, pubs, gyms and Wandsworth Shopping Centre
- Plenty of nearby parks and green spaces
- Well connected to central London

Furniture

The room comes furnished, with a one-off fee of £350 for the furniture currently in the room: bed frame, mattress, shelves and baskets, drawers, bedside table, clothes rail and mirror. The furniture would then be yours to keep.

Rent: £850 per month
