We have one room coming available in our home - the room is upstairs, with plenty of natural light. The house is on a quiet residential street, with a lovely garden that catches the sun in the summer.

It's a really nice area to live in - Putney and Barnes are close, with all their cafes/ restaurants etc. Richmond Park is an easy walk or bike ride away. It is also very close to the river, which has a great tree-lined path for running/ cycling in the weekends.

There are excellent transport links available:
- Barnes Station is a short 10 min walk away.
- From here, there are regular trains to Clapham Junction (15 min), Vauxhall and Waterloo (20 min).
- There are also regular buses to Hammersmith (taking 10 min, operating 24 hrs/ day).
- Putney is an easy walk in 15-20 min or 7-10 min by bus.

There are all the usual amenities (modern boiler, good pressure/ temperature water, high-speed wifi, TV etc.) There is a large lounge and well-fitted kitchen (inc. dishwasher). All windows are double-glazed, meaning improved warmth and reduced noise.

Living room - garden - 2 toilets (downstairs and upstairs) - bathroom (upstairs).

Bills are usually about £70-80/month (all inclusive i. e. council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband and TV licence).

There is a side access to the rear garden (i. e. good security for bicycles). For those with cars, there is always plenty of free street parking available close by.
