Top floor shower-room is shared with one other friendly lodger (3 nights a week). The top floor rooms of the house are a great retreat, bright and sunny with great views across the chimneys and gardens nearby.
We're looking for a long-term friendly family-aware professional on a full-time basis.
Our home is a large detached Arts & Crafts period family house, quiet cul-de-sac, easy free parking, storage for bike. Cleaning and bed-linen inclusive along with all utilities excepting phone.
Use of large garden, BBQ, kitchen, dining room and spacious lounge with TV, cosy wood burning stoves in lounge and dining room are great to sit in front of when you want to relax! Family of four (and a gorgeous Wire Fox Terrier dog who's always happy to see you), + you and our friendly lodger - but it's a big house so we don't trip over each other!
1-minute walk to shops, wine-bar, restaurants and bus-stop for Richmond, Barnes, Hammersmith or Putney (5-minutes to Richmond and 20-minutes to Hammersmith on 24-hr bus service), 9 minute walk to Mortlake station. Just off A205 South Circular, 2-minutes to A316, 10-minutes to M4. Close to Richmond Park and River Thames.
