Double Room in Sociable East Village Home

Double room available in spacious ground floor townhouse in the heart of East Village.

Unfortunately, one of our housemates is having to move home for family reasons, so we're on the look out for an outgoing housemates to fill the room. As a house, we're all happy to chill and socialise with everyone, while also respecting the fact we all have our own separate lives and jobs (everyone needs a bit of space from time to time!).

ABOUT THE AREA/HOUSE

Our 4 bed townhouse is spacious, well lit and clean. We have an outdoor patio are with an enclosed courtyard and an open plan kitchen/living room/dining room. You would be on the top floor sharing a large, clean bathroom with one other person.

We are a stones throw away from all of the main attractions of the area - literally seconds away from local bars and restaurants, minutes from the Olympic Park and Westfield, and a short walk to Hackney Wick for even more cool places to eat and drink.

Between the spacious house, Olympic Park and the patio/courtyard area, we have a lot of space.

Stratford International DLR - 5 min walk (get to Woolwich Arsenal in c. 30 mins)

Stratford International - 5 min walk (6 minute train to St Pancras!)

Stratford - 10 min walk (8 minutes to Liverpool St, 15 mins to London Bridge/Oxford Circus via Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth Lines + 2 DLR routes)

Hackney Wick - 15 min walk (overground to Hackney, Highbury & Islington, Clapham Junction etc)
