My flatmate is moving out from her bright, lovely en-suite room. I'm looking to find a female professional (no couples or students) who is clean, quiet and considerate (not a party flat).
Bills are £180 per person per month (council tax, energy, water, electricity) on top of the rent.
The property is managed by Get Living, there is no deposit but you will have to go through a credit check and have income of at least £40k.

About me:
I'm a software engineer and I work in office 5 days a week. I'm not too social and ideally I'd be looking for someone generally quiet.
