My flatmate is moving out from her bright, lovely en-suite room. I'm looking to find a female professional (no couples or students) who is clean, quiet and considerate (not a party flat).

Your room has:
- en-suite bathroom(shower)
- king size bed
- large double wardrobe with lots of storage
- 2 side tables

It's a 2 bedroom apartment and has:
- dishwasher
- washing machine and dryer
- underfloor heating
- balcony
- wifi(free)

The apartment is about 5 mins walk from Stratford International - DLR/Central line, Westfield, Sainsburys/Waitrose, gyms, restaurants.

Bills are £180 per person per month (council tax, energy, water, electricity) on top of the rent.
The property is managed by Get Living London, there is no deposit but you will have to go through a credit check.

About me:
I'm a software engineer and I work from home 2 days a week. I spend most of my day either working or studying. I'm not too social as I work long hours till late so ideally I'd be looking for someone generally quiet.
