Rent is £1157pcm and bills come to about £140 (although this depends on usage). No deposit required although Get Living requires a background check on all who wish to live in East Village and a £50 admin fee to get the room transferred into your name.
Parking is available in the basement of the building.
Current flatmates are both working professionals who are busy Monday – Friday in the office and like to get home and have a chilled night in and watch TV, relax, and unwind. The flat is our home so we’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate of others.
