We have one spacious double bedroom available in a modern three bedroom apartment. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. The bedroom shares a large bathroom with one other flatmate.
The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine, open plan living and dining area and a large balcony that gets sun all day during the summer. We’re a four minute walk from Stratford International DLR and about an eight minute walk to Stratford station. We are also 1 min walk from GymGroup and Sainsburys.
Rent is £1006pcm and bills come to about £130 (although this depends on usage). No deposit required although Get Living requires a background check on all who wish to live in East Village.
Parking is available in the basement of the building.
Current flatmates are both working professionals who are busy Monday – Friday in the office and like to get home and have a chilled night in and watch TV, relax, and unwind. The flat is our home so we’re looking for someone who is clean and respectful, keen to socialise but considerate of others.
