Hi! I have 1 double room available, in a high spec new build 3-bed, 2 bath flat, in East Village. All bills are included (council tax, utilities, and internet).

The room is available from June 15th.

Looking for ideally a female to fill a flexible tenancy of ideally at minimum 6 months.

Main bathroom will be shared with just one other girl in the single room (bar the expected odd guest, parents, friends, etc).

This double room comes with:
- A king-sized Ottoman-style bed (high quality 2000 spring miracoil matress). With lots of underbed storage, easy lift mechanism)
- Wardrobe, set of drawers, with a pull out tray to store jewellery, electronic bits and bobs, etc
- Full-length mirror
- Standing desk (adjustable height) and chair
- Superfast Wifi (100Mpbs)
- Standing reading lamp, shoe rack
- Underfloor heating

The living room and kitchen is fully furnished to a high standard and has everything you’ll need - comfy sofa, big 65" smart TV with Disney/Netflix etc, bowls/plates/cutlery and other quality equipment such as high quality Japanese knife set, microwave, rice cooker, etc - washing machine, dishwasher – there’s also a large balcony overlooking the Olympic Park (with some beautiful new bamboo benches).

A bit about the current flatmates:
- In the couples room - There is an easy going Indian couple, a male Software engineer working in FANNG and fiancé is a Lawyer in their late 20s / early 30s, taking the ensuite room. They are chill and respectful.

- There is a Hungarian girl in her 30s in the single room, who you'll be sharing the main bathroom with, she is an interior designer and is quite tidy.

A little about myself (the landlord): I am out travelling for a while. I'm in my late 20s, and am a Strategy Consultant & Data Scientist. I enjoy going to the gym, doing martial arts, gaming, and exploring restaurants/ bars in London with friends.

I’m looking for friendly, tidy, respectful female professional a a replacement for the existing tenant (Japanese girl expat, moving out after her long stay in the lovely flat!). You must also be in the habit of cleaning up quite quickly after cooking.

Service charge, Council tax, electric, water, heating, and internet included in the price!!!
