A bit about the house:
- 3 story townhouse in the heart of East Village
- 1st floor is made of a huge living room and kitchen, as well as a dining room(this has also been used for storage/laundry)
- It has a patio that goes onto the internal courtyard which also allows access to the house
- Parking is available via the developer, Get Living, but unsure what the price is now
- 5-10 min walking distance to Westfield Stratford, a number of local gyms and Stratford Station
- Council Tax Band D(currently 155/month for the whole house)
- Bills come to about £80-£110 each month
- Will be sharing a bathroom with another flatmate

About the flatmates
- 3 professionals in their mid and late 20s
-Everyone likes hanging out together, but never any pressure to, very relaxed and friendly house

They are looking for someone respectful, up for a glass of wine from time to time, and willing to make the house feel like a home!

To qualify:
- income = 30x the rent
- UK resident/citizen
