The Current Housemate (me):
Unfortunately, a new housemate is moving for employment reasons. Ideally I would like to start a new contract with the new housemate in September.

You will be sharing with me. I am an NHS nurse. I do the usual things such a socialising with friends, gym and going out for dinner and drinks.
