Furnished double room to rent in East Village

We are two girls aged 29 and 30, working in corporate roles, and we have a double room available in our three-bedroom flat from 29 August 2026. The available room is Bedroom 2, as shown on the floor plan.

The flat is open plan and fully furnished. The bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. You will share a bathroom with one other housemate.

The flat is managed by Get Living London, so there is no deposit. However, you will need to pass referencing, including a credit check. Rent includes internet, and the remaining bills, including council tax, are around £100 per month.

We are friendly, relaxed and sociable. We enjoy having friends over occasionally, but this is not a party flat. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, and we are looking for someone who feels the same. We also have a weekly cleaning and bins rota.

Age preference: 26 to 33

East Village is a great neighbourhood, next to the Olympic Park, with plenty of restaurants, bars and Westfield nearby.

Stratford station is around a 10-minute walk away, with access to the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, the London Overground, Docklands Light Railway and National Rail services. Stratford International station is a 5-minute walk away and has trains to King’s Cross St Pancras in around 7 minutes.
