Ensuite Room in 2-Bed Flat – East Village, Stratford (move in date: June 30th)
Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to take over the second room in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat in East Village, Stratford.

The flat:
* Bright, modern new-build in a great location
* 2 bed / 2 bath (you’ll have your own bathroom)
* Open-plan kitchen/living area
* Current rent for Ensuit room: £1,354 (although i’m still waiting to hear from the landlord if this will change with the new contract starting June 30th)
* Bills: approx. £200 per person per month

A bit about me:
I’m from Lebanon 🇱🇧 and I’ve been living in London for about 4 years. I work as an urban analyst and in my free time i love to explore the city, try new restaurants/bars, sports/gym and dance ☺️
I like to keep the flat clean and tidy and really value having a calm, comfortable space that feels like a home rathe than just a shared co-living space. Im always up for the occasional drink/ dinner, or midweek hang but I also appreciate personal space and downtime after a long day

Looking for:
I’m looking for someone who wants to help create a home-like environment.
Ideally, you have a similar lifestyle : clean respectful, enjoys a calm space, but someone who is also welcoming of having occasional friends and family over.

I’m also looking for someone who works from the office at least half the week (2/3 days), as I too work from the office 2/3 days and it helps to have a good balance in the space.
