Room in 3 bedroom flat in East Village (Stratford)

The Flat:

I’m looking for someone to replace me on a 3-bedroom flat in Limari Mansions (E20 1GD) in East Village.

You will be sharing the flat with 2 working professionals in their 30s (one is an architect and the other PhD student).
Note that there are 2 (very nice) cats in the apartment, so ideally you would have some experience living with pets.

The room on offer has a double bed (new mattress), a 3-door built-in wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. There is enough space in the room to have a desk in case you work from home. You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 more person (female).

These are the bills per month:
- Rent: £1,056
- Bills & Council Tax: expect about £150 per month
- Cleaning: every 15 days we call a cleaner to pass by the apartment for a full clean (it’s about £17/h)
- There is a security deposit of £1,282 that is held by East Village and returned at the end of the tenancy

The current contract ends in August 2027, and the rent has some minor updates every August in line with inflation.

If you don't know East village here are a few details:
East Village used to be the Olympic village for the athletes taking part in the 2012 games in London and it has since been repurposed to rental flats. All flats are in a safe and communal area with lots of cafes, gyms, green space, and shops. The flats are managed by a rental services company called Get Living. If you’re into sports, there are 3 gyms in proximity (2 Better Gyms and 1 The Gym Group) as well as parks (Olympic Park and Victoria Park) and the London Aquatic Centre for swimming. East Village is also close to Hackney Wick which is an area surrounded by a few pubs and restaurants as well as some night life.
