I’m looking to sublet my room in our flat at Insignia Point, East Village over the summer. Ideally looking for a female professional!

A beautiful, modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Insignia Point with lots of natural light throughout. The property features a spacious balcony, concierge service, access to a residents’ roof terrace, and a gym located directly underneath the building. Sainsbury’s is less than a 1-minute walk away, and the bathroom is shared with one girl.

Flatmates
You’ll be living with Indian female professionals aged 27–35. They are friendly, respectful, and considerate, and the home has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Located in Zone 2/3, the flat is less than a 10-minute walk to Stratford Station and only 2 minutes from Stratford International, offering a 7-minute train to King’s Cross St Pancras. Excellent connectivity via the Elizabeth Line, Central Line, Jubilee Line, London Overground, DLR, and National Rail makes commuting across London very easy.

Area
Everything you need is on your doorstep: Westfield Stratford City is within a 5-minute walk, along with Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, and Sainsbury’s nearby. The area has plenty of cafés, restaurants, and gyms in East Village, while Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is just a 10-minute walk away, offering beautiful green spaces, running routes, and outdoor cafés.
