Double en suite room in all girls flat

Looking for a friendly, respectful woman to take over the double en-suite room in our modern, all girls flat.

The flat is bright, clean, and fully furnished with a washer dryer, dish washer, large winter balcony and communal garden. We have great transport links (DLR, Central, Elizabeth, Jubilee, Overground and National Rail are all 5-10 mins away) and are super close to Westfield, Olympic Park and loads of chain and independent restaurants and cafés. You’d be joining considerate female housemates who enjoy a calm, tidy home.

FYI, the deposit is likely £1,545 (5 week's rent, awaiting confirmation from the landlord) but SpareRoom won't let me update it :)
