Our flatmate is sadly moving out due to relocation, and we’re looking for a new flatmate to join in a beautiful modern flat in East Village!

About us:
We’re Krystel and Lin, two mid-late 20 year olds working in Euston and Canary Wharf respectively. We’ve lived in London for 4-5 years since we came here for our masters and absolutely enjoy London life. We’re big movie fans, love travelling, reading and exploring new and fun things to do in London. We met each other last year when we moved into this flat and have got along well! We’re a quiet and tidy household looking for a flatmate who will share that vibe.

Future flatmates:
- Working professional earning more than £36,000 to pass the reference check (No students unfortunately, sorry)
- Girls preferred
- Clean and tidy is important
- This is a perfect opportunity to build a new homey house for 3, enjoy meals/drinks/even movie night from time to time, and also respect each other’s personal space

The flat:
- Big living room and modern kitchen (equipped with Bosh appliances including a multi-functional oven and induction hob)
- A private terrace connects the open plan kitchen and living area to the great outdoors
- Very spacious bedrooms with good storage (built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables). Each room has a nice view overlooking trees/green spaces
- The bedroom in the ad will share a bathroom with me (Krystel), while Lin lives in the en-suite
- We honestly love the size of this flat, which is bigger than most flats in east village
- Bills are around £130 per person per month (cheaper in the summer), including council tax, electricity, energy, water and fortnightly cleaning, WiFi included for free
- 5 min walk to Stratford international/ Westfield
- 10 min walk to Stratford station
- 1/2min to local Asian supermarket/Sainsbury’s
