Bright, park-facing master bedroom in cozy flat

As my lovely flatmate is leaving, a beautiful furnished bedroom with own bathroom is available!

A little about the flat - well furnished and maintenance are on top of any fixes or needs you may have. Under bed storage adds some extra space, and we do have a shared closet which we share for additional room! Our rooms are separated by the living room for extra privacy (no sharing walls), and we have a balcony directly overlooking the Olympic park.

I'd be your new flatmate so hello~ I'm a pretty quiet postgrad student from Canada who tends to be busy with work most of the time, but I love coffee and food both out with friends or at home with plenty to share. I also game and play D&D (online) and generally keep a peaceful flat. Tidiness is pretty important to me, the flat isn't pristine by any means but I wipe the surfaces down after every cook and will sweep as necessary day to day, with larger cleans more infrequently. I work from home regularly and also head out regularly to either the uni or to study from cafes as well. I love travelling especially and will up and go if flights are cheap and I have the chance! In general, happy to chat when we're both feeling social or also quietly share space and hopefully make this home as inviting to you as it has been for me :)

I'd love someone who won't throw parties at home/not too much crazy foot traffic, and who doesn't smoke. Again with the tidy thing, that'd be great so we can share the upkeep.
