Double en-suite room in East Village

A lovely double en-suite room is available in a sunny and spacious 3-bed flatshare at East Village. The flat has open plan kitchen and living area as well as a balcony.

The agency, Getliving, is very tenant-friendly, secure, and prompt with their communication whenever we need anything like reporting a maintenance issue. They require that tenants have a minimum salary of 30x their share of the rent and a good or excellent credit score.
The deposit is equivalent to five weeks’ rent and is payable before your tenancy starts. This will be protected under the TDS and is refundable at the end of your contract.

You’ll be living with:
Elisa - Friendly and easy going, postdoc in Developmental Biology. Interest include sports, art, board games, reading and spending time in nature 🎨 📚🔬

Swasti - A friendly introvert and nerdy neurodivergent empath who works in Paediatric Psychology in the NHS. Interests and hobbies include running, singing, art, reading, spending with trees 🌳 🎶 🏃‍♀️

We keep the flat tidy and calm so it feels like a relaxed space to unwind after busy work days and also have a friendly hang out now and then.
