My current flatmates are sadly moving on, so I’m looking for a professional couple (preferred) to take over this double room in beautiful East Village apartment from the end of July / beginning of August.

📍 Location

Located in East Village, the apartment is just a short walk from Stratford International, Stratford Station, and Hackney Wick. Westfield, the Olympic Park, gyms, cafes, restaurants, and green spaces are all right on your doorstep.

🏡 The Flat

The apartment is bright, modern, and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating, a large open-plan living area, balcony, and plenty of storage throughout. It’s a place that genuinely feels like home.

🛏️ The Room

The room comes fully furnished and includes:

• King Size bed with under-bed storage
• Large built-in wardrobe
• Bedside tables and chest of drawers
• Private en-suite bathroom
• Large windows with plenty of natural light

I’m a marketing professional who enjoys staying active, travelling, cooking, and exploring new places around London. I’m sociable and friendly, but also appreciate a calm, respectful home environment. I’m looking for flatmates who are clean, considerate and easy to live with.

💷 Costs

Rent: £1812 per month
Bills: Approximately £120–£130 per month

Bills include council tax, electricity, heating, hot water, and Wi-Fi.
