Double room available in a modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in East Village, Stratford (E20). The room is £1,150 per month, and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person.

We’re two professionals in our 20s looking for someone easy-going, respectful, and friendly to replace our current flatmate. The flat has a really relaxed atmosphere, we’re all busy with work and our own lives, but we’re the kind of flat that enjoys having a chat in the kitchen, watching the occasional film, grabbing a drink, or just generally getting along well rather than living completely separate lives.

The location is one of the best things about the flat. We’re just a short walk from Stratford Station, Westfield, and the Olympic Park, which is amazing during the summer with plenty of green space, outdoor activities, food markets, and community events happening throughout the year. East Village has a great neighbourhood feel and is one of the nicest areas in East London to live.

We’re ideally looking for another professional in their 20s who is clean, considerate, and looking for a home rather than just a room.
