Double room in the East Village to rent

Hey Girls,

Our flatmate is moving to Aus therefore we have a double bedroom coming available in our lovely 3 bed flat early August (can be slightly flexible if anyone needs to move in earlier).

Room/ flat 🛏️: the room comes fully furnished with a double size bed and mattress, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables etc. The bathroom is shared with 1 other person. The flat itself has a large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. It also has a big terrace area perfect for summer.

Location📍: the flat is located in the East Village which is close to Hackney Wick, Victoria Park, Westfield and Stratford / Stratford International Station, so is well connected for travel.

Rent 💰: the rent is £1,150 per month + the usual bills on top.

About us 👯‍♀️: you'll be sharing with myself and Isabel (28 & 26). We are both sociable people who enjoy a night out, love island, the odd run club etc. We also enjoy a chilled evening and are mindful everyone needs some "me" time every now and again. We would love someone who is also sociable, up for listening to our rants after work, watching TV/ the latest Netflix series, going for drinks etc!
