En-suite, double room available in our 3 bed flat from 16th August (possibly earlier).

The rent is £1,131 pm with bills around ~£122 pm (incl a biweekly cleaner, WiFi, electricity, council tax, water)

We’re a short walk from Stratford station (Jubilee, Elizabeth, Central, DLR and Mildmay), Olympic Park and Westfield

Get Living require you earn a minimum of £33,000 gross annually and pass their reference checks

Current Flatmates
You’ll live with two girls;
Esther (posting the ad) 27, working in HR at a telecoms company. You’ll usually find me hanging out with friends, reading, binging a new show, at a concert, dancing at a rave or on a run. This is my 3rd year in London; mix of settled but still exploring.

I'm Michaela (also reviewing responses) 34, originally from Belfast and working in design research and events at the Royal College of Art. Outside of work I'm an artist, researcher, writer and filmmaker, and spend most of my time between creative projects, exhibitions, cinema, reading and seeing friends and family.

We hangout together in and outside the home but also live quite separate and independently. Ideally looking to live with people who treat the flat as a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

We like to host and have friends over, both like a night out but we feel quite strongly that this is definitely not an afters kind of home!
