We’re looking for one female housemate to join our lovely 4-bedroom home in East Village, Stratford from 29th August.

* £1,183.34 per month
* Bills are approximately £100/month, including:
* Council Tax (~£35)

* Electricity (~£28)
* Energy (~£35)
* Deposit: Either:
* 5 weeks’ rent (shared from the total tenancy deposit), or
* A non-refundable £200 deposit option, depending on your preference.

There are three of us living here already, and we’ve all been friends since university. We work in different industries:

* Law
* Advertising
* Jewellery/ Psychology

We’re a sociable house that loves making the most of London. We often have friends over for dinners, drinks or game nights, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys a lively, welcoming home rather than a super quiet one. We all work full-time and have our own routines too, so there’s a nice balance between social time and personal space.

We’re hoping to find someone who’s friendly, tidy, easy-going and happy to become part of the house.
