Two Double Rooms in Shared Flat - East Village

Hey!

I’m looking for two new flatmates to join my flat in East Village - right next to Westfield, Stratford International station, and 10 min walk to Stratford station. There is also a Sainsbury’s and gym downstairs. It’s a large flat with a balcony, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, roof terrace, and concierge in the building. We have lived here 3 years and my flatmates are sadly moving out to go travelling and to buy a property. The rooms are £1225 each. WiFi is included in rent. The bills are around £120-150 (summer-winter). The move in date is 14th September. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

I am looking for a respectful living situation and to hopefully become friends as well as flatmates. I am 28 and moved to London 4 years ago from Scotland. I would say I am friendly and outgoing. I work as a mental health therapist in the NHS. My interests include reading, gym, Pilates, raves, fashion, and travelling. I enjoy going on nights out and also having chill nights in. I work from home a few days per week so also need a quiet and productive workspace. I would prefer to live with people of a similar age who work in the office at least a few days per week.
