I already live in the same building but Get Living is relocating me to the 7th floor as my current flat will be renovated. I am pretty tidy, live a very busy life as I work and do my second degree full time. I have a cat… she is lovely and very friendly! You must be ok with her and be happy to share the flat with the cat. Since I live in the building and the Get Living offices are across the green, I can show you around and get the Get Living person to explain to you the referencing process for you. The bills usually come up between £200-250 to share between us three. The flat is fully furnished. It has been cleaned and the balcony is large and comfortable. The flat will be available from august 20th subject to you passing the referencing process with Get Living.
Get Living are very good fast with maintenance. They are very responsive.
