We’re looking for a friendly, sociable housemate to join our home in East Village, Stratford from 1st September(minimum 6 months, maximum 12 months). The room is a spacious, modern double with its own en-suite and plenty of storage, located on the ground floor of our three-storey townhouse. The house has a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, a private patio leading onto a shared communal garden, and is just a 6-minute walk to Stratford Station, 4 minutes to Stratford International, the gym and Sainsbury’s Local. East Village is a safe, clean and welcoming neighbourhood with a lovely community feel and a park directly opposite the house. You’ll be living with three graduates and our very sweet kitten. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of the house, whether that’s having dinner together, relaxing with a movie, or occasionally going out for drinks. If you’re clean, respectful and looking for more than just a room, we’d love to hear from you.
