Room for Rent in East Village Aug 10 - Sept 30

i'm looking for someone to sublet my lovely double room from August 10th until September 30th, as i'll be travelling before our tenancy comes to an end.

rent - August (10th–31st): £675 (equivalent to 3 weeks' rent)
September rent will be charged as normal for the remainder of the tenancy. (£900 inc. Bills).

the house is set across three floors with three bathrooms, so you'll only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. the house is home to four amazing girls who are genuinely lovely to live with. we enjoy the occasional glass of wine together, but everyone has their own routines and busy schedules. most of the house is in the office five days a week, one of the girls travels to Paris regularly, so it's actually quite rare that we're all home at the same time. weekends are usually really peaceful.
the girls all have different careers, from teaching and beauty to fashion, and two of them run a walking community. if you're into walking, yoga then you'll fit right in!
we're looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate of the space and the people living in it.

the location is honestly one of my favourite things about living here. East Village has so many brilliant coffee shops, restaurants, beautiful green spaces, and you're just a short walk from Hackney Wick, the Olympic Park and Westfield Stratford. i've absolutely loved living in this house and will really miss both the home and the area.
