Large double room in modern east village flat available from 31st of August with potential for an earlier move in. Current flatmate is moving out with her boyfriend so looking for someone to take over!

The flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with myself, Brooke a 25yr old product designer big into cycling, cooking and a good pub trip and Helen 22, a civil servant who also works on illustrations in her free time.

We are looking for someone of similar age / interests who will fit into this creative flat!
Ideally someone clean and chilled but who is also up for the odd meal or trip to the pub :)

Also not suitable for short lets - looking for long term tenant

Money stuff:
Rent: £1100
Bills: roughly £100 a month each - varies each month
Deposit: month or 5weeks rent (have to double check with the landlord)

Landlord will also need proof of income / will need to pass a credit check so not suitable for students
