We have two wonderful double rooms available in our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in East Village. Our current flat mate is unfortunately moving to Spain for work, so we are looking for friendly, tidy, and respectful new flat mates to join our lovely home.

The apartment is situated in the vibrant and safe East Village, just a short walk to Stratford Station, offering excellent connections via the Elizabeth Line, Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, and Overground. Westfield shopping mall, local supermarkets, and cafes are all within easy walking distance. The flat itself features a bright, generous layout with a fully equipped communal living area and kitchen.

The rent for room one is £1001 per month, room two is £1044, both with a deposit of £996.90. Bills come to around £100 per month, which includes council tax, utilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The ideal moving date is 29th september, but we are happy to discuss a timeline that works best for you. Please note that you will need to pass the professional reference checks required by GetLiving, which includes a minimum annual income requirement of at least 30 times the monthly rent.
