Hi there,
We are two young professionals looking for a friendly, sociable and clean third housemate to join us in our three-bedroom apartment in East Village. The room is available from Friday 11 September 2026, so please get in touch if that date works for you.

ROOM AVAILABLE:
One bright, furnished double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is available (bedroom 1 on the floor plan). The room is spacious and includes a large, built in three-door wardrobe, a large chest of drawers and two bedside tables.
There is plenty of space for a desk and desk chair (see photos) as well as ample storage space under the bed.
The room has its own en-suite bathroom with a toilet, shower, built in mirror and cabinet storage.
It looks out onto a residential courtyard.

The previous tenant also has several furniture items available to purchase separately, including a height-adjustable desk, desk chair, additional wardrobe and shoe cabinet.

OUR HOME:
The fully furnished, three-bedroom apartment is on the fifth floor and includes a winter garden, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There is a spacious, open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. We are located in a very quiet and calm part of the East Village, surrounded by green space with no traffic noise. The Olympic Park is next door (with great sports facilities!), and Victoria Park and the Hackney Marshes are a 15 min walk away.

Estimated bills are approximately £125 per month, including council tax, utilities and internet. We have 1 Gbps internet, a large TV in the shared living room with the usual subscriptions available, where we like to hang out, chat and relax in the evenings.

YOUR FUTURE HOUSEMATES:
Kyle is Irish and works in market intelligence. He is a keen climber and enjoys trying new cocktails.

Magda is 27, Polish and works in insurance. She enjoys dance classes after work, good books and making banana bread.

We enjoy spending time at home but also have our own routines and social lives. We are looking for someone who would like a friendly and relaxed household rather than simply renting a room.

THE LETTING AGENCY:
We have had a positive experience renting with Get Living (some of us have rented with them for five years) and they are on top of maintenance when needed. They have sorted all our problems within days (maximum 1 week).

LOCATION:
East Village has a Sainsbury’s, cafes, pubs, local shops and restaurants, and the flat is a 5-minute walk to Stratford International and 10 minutes to Stratford Station.
The Westfield Shopping Centre, with Waitrose, John Lewis, M&S and others, is next door. Hackney Wick, with its bars, restaurants and scenic canal spots, isn’t far either (15 minutes’ walk).
