Beautiful Ensuite Room in East Village

We’re looking for a new flatmate, or a couple, to take over the furnished second ensuite bedroom in our modern two-bedroom flat in East Village. The room is available to move into from 29 September.

The flat is just a five-minute walk from Stratford Station and Westfield Stratford City. The shared living room opens onto a private balcony, bringing in plenty of natural light and fresh air. There is also an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

Rent is approximately £1,480 per month, and bills are expected to be around £120 per month.

You’ll be sharing with a couple who occupy the other bedroom. We both work from the office around four to five days a week. Couples and people with pets are very welcome.

I’m a 26-year-old professional working full-time in the creative industry, and I’ve lived in East Village for 5 years. We’d love to find someone friendly who enjoys socialising but also values their own space. Guests are welcome, and we’re looking for someone who is happy to share household chores and help keep the flat clean and comfortable.

The flat is managed by GetLiving, so you’ll need to pass their referencing checks, including meeting the required income criteria or providing an accepted alternative. As this is a newly available flat, we’re hoping to reserve it soon.
