We're looking for a third housemate to join us in a modern three-bedroom flat in the heart of Stratford East Village.
The room is the largest of the three bedrooms and comes with its own private bathroom. The flat also has a shared balcony, and Wi-Fi is included in the rent. The monthly rent is £1,450, with all bills included, making it a hassle-free option.
The location is one of the best in East London—just a 3-minute walk to Westfield Stratford City, Stratford International Station, and the Stratford International DLR, with Stratford Station also within easy walking distance. Whether you're commuting, shopping, or meeting friends, everything is right on your doorstep.
You'll also be surrounded by green spaces, with Victory Park directly opposite the building and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park just around the corner. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, and other amenities nearby, making East Village a fantastic place to live.
A little about us: we're two female flatmates aged 23 and 25 who are about to move in. We're both friendly, tidy, and easy-going, and we're looking for a working professional to join us and make the flat a comfortable, respectful home.
