1 double room in large bright flat in East Village

We are looking for a 3rd flatmate to join us in our LGTBQ+ friendly flat from the 20th of September!
It is located in the East Village, meters away from the Velodrome. A really quiet flat with 3 floors of space, large windows, lots of light, and just a nice place to live in.

The rent is currently at £933 + bills and deposit it’s 5 weeks rent due to the change in contract. The room is massive with storage space, it also has a huge rooftop where we grow some veg and flowers, shared living room and a bike storage by the entrance of the building. The flat is assessable by stairs, there’s no lift and the landlord, Max, it’s just lovely (she doesn’t live with us but we text her from time to time when a repair it’s needed). Minimum tenancy is for 1 year, the property it’s managed by an agency and they will require references (work payslips or bank statements history), unfortunately, benefits not allowed.

The house is fully equipped and in a quiet and cool area, we would like to keep it clean and quiet. There is a shared toilet downstairs and a shared bathroom between yourself and Tom on the 2nd floor, as Pui (me) has a private one in her room. We mainly get up early for our work, that means we are not fan of “hard parties” or late night noise. In case there are special days to celebrate we always communicate with each other on our group chat or face to face to agree and inform about them. We respect each other’s work and lifestyles.

About us:
Pui is a full time employee in a tattoo studio and also a tattoo artist. She loves arts, drawing, painting and baking when she finds the time also gardening and growing veggies on the roof for everyone to enjoy!

Tom is a full time product designer, working hybrid. He loves the gym, yoga, meditation, design, films, hikes, and being sociable!

We are both very friendly and help each other a lot.
Ideally we are looking for someone that’s more than just a flatmate; a friend who we can talk to. We don’t like the idea of living just in a flat, we want to create A HOME where we all feel comfortable and happy.
