Lovely Room in Modern East Village Flat

Hi! My flatmate and I are looking for a third flatmate to join us in our lovely East Village flat. Our current flatmate is moving out and since we both love the flat and the area, we’re hoping to find someone to take their room :)

ABOUT THE FLAT

The flat is modern and spacious, with a large kitchen and living area, loads of natural light and plenty of storage. We have large windows overlooking the park and a private balcony, as well as a nice living room set-up for chilling, having friends over or watching something on the telly.

The flat comes with a washer dryer and free wifi included. Windows are thick and noise-canceling.

Water and electricity bill is not included but typically comes to £100 a month. Council Tax Band D.

The building is managed by GetLiving, a dedicated maintenance team who typically respond within a day in case any issues arise. They also run plenty of events with residents of the village, fostering a lovely community of people.

The flat is a short walk away from Stratford International DLR and Overground, with a 7-minute direct train to St Pancras. Stratford station is easily accessible through Westfield, a 10-minute walk, and offers excellent connections to various tube lines (Jubilee, Central, Elizabeth, Overground, and 2 DLR). Nearby, there's a 1 min walk to Sainsbury's, less than 5 minutes to Nisa, and a 5-minute walk to Westfield, which has Waitrose and M&S. We also have access to 24/7 concierge service and a courtyard.

You’d be living with me, 24 and working in consulting, and my flatmate, 23 and working in law.

We love to socialise and hang out, whether that’s chilling together at home, heading to one of the local bars or going out and about, but at the same time also value our privacy and time to recuperate.

We’d love to find a flatmate who’s clean and considerate, and someone we can get along with and have a laugh with.
