Large en-suite room available in East Village

Hi, my currently flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over the large en-suite room in a spacious two bed flat in East Village. The property is managed and rented out by Get Living London.

I have lived here for 5 years with my cat Whimsy and consider the flat my home, and would love to share it with someone ideally long term but for minimum a year.

The flat is dual facing with lots of sun on both sides. Main areas are currently furnished but the room itself comes unfurnished, with just a huge built in wardrobe (this could likely be negotiated with Get Living prior to move it). The flat has two almost separate living room/dining room spaces (soon to be rearranged for whatever the need is going to be) so plenty of room for setting up a working from home space. We have a balcony, large kitchen, hallway storage and two bedrooms, one of which is the en-suite plus a main bathroom.
Bills come to about £150-180 depending on the month.

I have a lovely cat (not pictured), and would love someone who has lived with pets before. He is very friendly and cuddly.

This is a lovely space and I’d love to find someone easy going, tidy, who would like to live in a sunny, spacious and relaxing environment.

A bit about me:
I currently work in politics but my background is in science, I have a PhD. I enjoy cooking at home, travel, Pilates and a good evening with a tv show or a movie. I work from home 2 days a week.
I value the quiet and comfort of the home and would like someone with a similar vibe. I do like to socialise too so someone who likes to maybe cook together or chat in the evenings after work.
