We're on the lookout for a new flatmate to join our cozy flat in Stratford – East Village, as one of our flatmates is embarking on new adventures.

The move-in date would be between the 28th of September and 2nd October.

About Us:

Meet Sam (34 y. o.): I am a chilled person who enjoys a clean, safe, and peaceful living space. I am into sports, dancing and cooking. I work as Engineer in Utilities and I want to be able to recharge my batteries when I come back home.

Julien (32 y. o) is into dancing, geopolitics, anime and baking. I work for a human rights organisation and would like a flatmate who appreciates both social and down times.

What We're Looking For:

We'd love to find someone clean, who is happy to join our cleaning rota, as well as organised, considerate, and a great communicator. Bills are shared, but we're hoping our new flatmate can handle some bill responsibilities (name on bills and collecting funds).
We're particularly keen on welcoming a person committed to anti-racism and appreciative of queer identities, aged 25 and above.

The Flat and Room: Our 3-bedroom flat boasts a spacious living room and kitchen. The available en-suite room comes furnished with a bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and side table.

Practical Info:

· Rent: £1322.30 per month

· Bills: Approximately £200 per month. Monzo users preferred for our shared bill tab, making splitting bills easy.

· Landlord: Managed by Get Living London; no deposit required. Credit score and salary check apply for moving in.

· Location: Near Stratford and Stratford International, with excellent connectivity and a nearby mall.

Our flat is on the 5th floor with convenient lift access.
