Double Room in a Lovely East Village Home

We're looking for a new housemate (preferably a woman) to join our friendly, relaxed home in the heart of East Village, Stratford.

You'll be living with three easy-going professionals who get on well, respect each other's space, and enjoy a calm, welcoming atmosphere. This isn't a party house, but we're always up for a chat in the kitchen, an evening drink, or a coffee outing :D

One of the best perks? Two of the housemates have en-suite bathrooms, meaning you'd only be sharing the main bathroom with one other person, who mostly uses the gym shower facilities anyway. So it will often feel like you have the bathroom to yourself!

Meet the Housemates:

Current household consists of two males and one female in their late 20s/early 30s.

Will - Works in finance and is a climbing enthusiast. Usually busy between work and the climbing wall, but always friendly and up for a chat when he's around.

Adrian - Works in accountancy, loves the gym, and is genuinely one of the kindest people you'll meet. Always happy to lend a hand and keeps the house running smoothly.

Rai - Executive Assistant for a charity and a big fan of TV, film, painting, travel, nature, and good food. Always happy to have a chat and share recommendations for great places to eat!

The house is calm and relaxed, we're not a party house but some of us like to have a drink in the evening or pop out for a coffee together. Everyone gets on well, respects each other’s space and keeps things tidy. If that sounds like a bit of you, get in touch!

- Stratford station with Elizabeth line, Central line, DLR and Overground. You’re everywhere in minutes!

- Bills around £100 per month maximum in winter
- Please note: the agency requires a credit check and salary referencing as part of the application process
