Looking for female to take over my room in lovely, spacious 3-bedroom apartment in East Village, Stratford.

I’m flexible with the exact move-in date, with dates available from 1st November.

📍 Amazing location:

* Just a 1-minute walk from the DLR line
* Around 6–7 minutes’ walk from Stratford Station, with access to the Elizabeth Line, Central Line, Jubilee Line and Overground
* Great connections to Central London and Canary Wharf, and even outside London with Stratford International Station

🏠 The apartment:

The flat is spacious, bright and fully furnished, with a lovely winter garden overlooking the courtyard.

The living room is fully furnished with sofas and a table, and the kitchen is equipped with plenty of appliances, cookware and dishes, so you’ll have everything you need, especially if you’re moving to London for the first time.

The apartment also has underfloor heating, which is especially lovely during the colder months! ❄️

You’ll be living with 2 lovely professional ladies who are very easy-going, friendly and respectful. We love sitting around and chatting, and the flat has a really warm, comfortable and homely atmosphere.

Wi-Fi is included in the rent.

Water, electricity and council tax are not included and usually come to around £100–£120 per month, depending on usage.

The apartment is a friendly, comfortable home, and we’re looking for someone clean, respectful, easy-going and considerate who would fit well into the flat.
