About your flatmate:

You will be sharing the flat with the current tenant Puney. He is 26, works in consulting, loves gaming and works from home on most days.

What we expect from you:

Just to keep the flat clean, be up to date on bills. We have typically preferred a more silent flat and don't host many parties or gatherings, but advanced notice about people coming over would be ideal.

You will also be expected to pass the landlord's credit checks, which require you to earn 30x the monthly rent.
