Two rooms available in our E20 flat!

Two of my flatmates are moving out soon, so I'm looking for two new flatmates from 5 November :)

About the flat:
It's a 3 bed flat located in East Village E20. Two rooms are coming available, and both are furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinets). You will be using a shared bathroom with one other tenant.

The rooms and the living room are quite spacious. The living room and the balcony gets a lot of sunshine in the morning, and we have a nice view of the renovated garden space in front of us!

Move in date is 5 November 2026. Unfortunately there is not much flexibility, as the current contract with current tenants end on 4 Nov, and the new contract will be signed from 5 Nov. (You can of course actually move in after 5 Nov, but you will need to pay rent from that date.)

Bills (incl. council tax) vary by season but on average turn out to be 100-150 pounds per month.

GetLiving is the property management company and the landlord. There is no deposit, which I find to be a big perk! However, please note that there will be a background check and GetLiving requires a credit score of good or excellent.

Location is great - very close to Stratford International and Stratford Station. There are ample local restaurants and shops to enjoy as well as green space and leisure activities. Very close to Hackney Wick too for a night out with friends!

A little bit about me:
I am a 30-year old girl from Korea, and I work in energy policy! I like to think I'm friendly and easy to get along with :) In my free time I like to go out for long walks, explore the buzzing food scene in London with friends, and travel!

Who I'm looking for:
I am looking for girls who are similar in age (late 20s, early 30s). I'm looking for individuals who are friendly, open to a chat, and easy to get along with. It is incredibly important to me that we have a healthy dynamic in the house and are respectful to each other, whether that is cleanliness or communication style. It is important to me that everyone feels comfortable and psychologically safe in the house, so I'm only looking for people who have similar values.
