We’re looking for 2 new flatmates to join our 4-bed home in East Village 🏡 (We’re each advertising one room, so you might also see another advert for the other room 😊)

We’re both in our late 20s / early 30s, so we’re looking for people around a similar age and stage of life who’d enjoy a friendly, relaxed home.

📍 The location is honestly hard to beat:
• 4 mins walk to Stratford International
• 10–12 mins walk to Stratford station
• Around 25 mins to Central London by tube 🚇
• Sainsbury’s Local & The Gym Group literally downstairs
• Walking distance to the Westfield Stratford, Olympic Park, loads of parks, cafés, restaurants and little hidden gems to discover 🌿☕️

🏠 About the flat

The flat has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The en-suite is used by one of the existing tenants, while the main bathroom will be shared between myself and the two new tenants.

We’re a friendly, chilled household rather than a party flat. We’re happy to have a chat time to time, but we also respect each other’s space and like having a calm and comfortable home 😊

• Get Living handles maintenance and repairs, and they’re usually pretty quick at sorting things out

💷 Rent & bills

The rent is £1066.19 pcm + bills (around £130-£170 per person including council tax)
+ one month of deposit, TDS protected.

Each person is responsible for one household bill, but all bills are split equally 4 ways. When a bill is issued, everyone sends their ¼ share to the person responsible for it, usually monthly.

The flat has fibre internet. Currently, Megan & Ceren cover gas and water, while the two new tenants will take responsibility for electricity and council tax. These are still split equally between all 4 tenants.
